To which country is my order shipped?
We ship througout all countries in Europe from the Netherlands. Most of our customers are living in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, france, Italy and Austria
What are the delivery costs of my order?
In the Stylus shop we charge no shipping costs! (The cost of shipping we take for our account). Because we can send orders via standard post, we can keep the costs as low as possible, and the prices of our products as cheap as possible. The golden rule is bying more is paying less !
Do I need to stay at home to receive the order?
Orders are delivered by us at PostNL and sent as standard mail. This means that your order just fit through the letterbox. This eliminates the need to stay at home to wait for a parcel, but your order will simply with the other post delivered to your mailbox.
Can I exchange an order if I made a mistake?
If you come directly after your order confirmation behind that of accidental ordered incorrectly, please contact directly by mail. We can still stop the transmission. However, if you change your mind when receiving your order, and yet would have preferred a different model, you should first contact us via e-mail before you send your order immediately returned. Without notification of return by email, we can not accept your return. Upon notification by email, we can take your order and possibly return swap (The shipping costs for returned goods are borne by the buyer).
How will my order be send?
Normal orders (one or a few stylus pens) will be sent via bubble envelopes. The pins are in these envelopes good protected. In addition, we wrap each stylus in impact-free film, which prevents damage. For larger orders, we use post boxes. Do you have a big order, we will ship your order as a package in a larger box. This will be delivered with parcel delivery.
What is the delivery time of my order?
We offer after placing your order within 24 hours to PostNL. Have you made the order before 16:00 pm, he will normally the next day already delivered (within the Netherlands). Orders for Belgium normally last a day longer (depending on the Delivery deadline PostNL). You order at the weekend, then you should count that Sunday is not working, and the order will be shipped on Monday.
How can I return the product, and who pays the cost of returning?
If you as a buyer don't want to exchange the product, but return it, you must do so within the statutory period of 14 days. You should indicate us first by email, before we can take the retounering pending. The cost of teh Returns are for the buyer. After retunring we'll pay the full amount minus the shipping costs on your behalf.
How can I pay?
